Which version of Visual Liturgy Live should I buy?
If you have never used Visual Liturgy before, you need to purchase the FULL version of Visual Liturgy Live. If you are already a user of Visual Liturgy 4.0, you should buy the UPGRADE version. Please note that you cannot upgrade to Visual Liturgy Live from earlier versions of Visual Liturgy (e.g. VL 3.0).

How do I buy and install team licences? How does team licensing work for Visual Liturgy Live?
With the launch of Visual Liturgy Live, a change was made from selling team licences through bookshops to a system whereby customers are responsible for purchasing and installing team licences themselves. My installation has failed. I’m getting error messages that say “Can’t find DOTNETFX.EXE”
This error message relates to a fault in the installation program which occurs for some customers under certain circumstances. There is a simple work-round which involves a few steps with the mouse and keyboard, after which installation can be re-started so that it will work without problems. No. Please note that, although we distribute their products, Church House Bookshop no longer have any formal link with Church House Publishing and, regretfully, are unable to offer technical support for Visual Liturgy. Your regular consumer rights are not effected if you have reason to be dissatisfied with your purchase. However, all queries regarding software support for Visual Liturgy Live must be directed solely to Church House Publishing.
