Working with young people has plenty of practical pressures—so it is easy to avoid taking time to think carefully about why we do what we do and how we go about it. But identifying and developing a theology for what we do can answer key questions, give direction and create a vision for sharing.

This booklet looks at biblical theology as foundational, but also at other ways of reflecting on experience as key to making sense of what we are called to do.
