We are committed to making your payment reflect the actual
costs involved, and regularly compare charges with average
costs for each delivery zone.
In the rare event that the actual delivery costs should
significantly exceed the total shown when you placed your order,
our staff may contact you to confirm the order and
the new total.
All prices are for airmail delivery.
How long will it take?
Where possible, we usually aim to dispatch "in stock" items
either the same day or the next working day. Items which are
out of stock at the time of ordering will usually take at least 1-2
weeks to arrive. If your order is likely to be delayed for
much longer than this, we will usually try and contact you with
more information.
