Payment options
Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can choose from
the following payment options - and rest assured that your details
are safe with us.
For online orders
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and Maestro as payment
for orders placed via our web site.
For other orders
We accept Visa, Visa Debit,
MasterCard, Maestro, cheques and postal orders (in
Pounds Sterling) for orders placed by telephone (020 7799 4064) or
post.
Note: We do not accept Eurocheques, or
cash in any currency for web site or mail order
transactions. To pay by cash or book token you will need to
visit our shop in Westminster.
We are confident about the transaction security we offer and
back-up every purchase made online with a security guarantee.
Debiting your credit or debit card
Your credit/debit card will be debited when you place your
order. On the date of dispatch you will receive an e-mail message
confirming the date, contents and method of delivery.
If you have ordered several items with different availabilities
we may hold your order until all items are in stock. Your items may
be dispatched from our London shop, or from our warehouse in
Norwich. If you need one or more items with immediate
availability urgently you are advised to place
your order for these separately. Please note that urgent
orders may incur a separate dispatch cost for each
item.
