Refunds and returns policy
If you receive a book that is faulty or damaged then please
contact us and we will tell you the best way to return the book.
Once we have received the book we will send you a replacement.
Alternatively you may wish to have a refund, which we will credit
to your card on receipt of the book.
If you wish to return a book to us for any reason other than its
being faulty or damaged then you must contact us first to seek
authorisation. Please note that refunds are only given at the
discretion of the management and that we reserve the right to
refuse any unreasonable requests for a refund. Items that are
returned without prior arrangement will not be refunded.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
